Summer Time

All the member states of the European Union and a lot of other states as well practice a half-year time-shift of one hour during the summer known as Daylight Saving Time (DST). The so-called "summer time" starts in spring and ends in autumn, both at one selected weekend. The practice has been both praised and criticized.
